  • Do you take orders over the phone?

Unfortunately we are not able to take orders over the phone. Due to security reasons we need all orders to be processed online through our payment processor.  This keeps your information confidential and safe.

  • Where do you ship?

We ship within Canada and the USA.

  • How do I qualify for Free Shipping?

If your order total is 100$ or more, you're eligible for free shipping via Canada Post Expedited within Canada.

  • Do you offer Free Shipping to the USA?

At this moment, we're unable to offer free shipping to the USA.

  • How long will my item take to ship and how long will it take to reach me?

Our turnaround for shipments is generally 24 hours, however during holidays and sales there may be additional processing time. Once your order leaves our warehouse, and depending on the shipping speed selected, most parcels are delivered within 5-10 business days.

  • How do I calculate shipping charges?

Once you've added an item to your cart, you can click the cart (top right) and generate a shipping quote by inputting your information in the bottom right before you check out.

  • Will there be duties on my order to the USA?

Unfortunately we're unable to give a concrete answer as to whether duties are charged on orders to the USA.

  • Do you offer in-store pick-up?

Yes! When you check out, simply select Store Pick-up and your order will be prepared for pickup at our Kitsilano location. If you're interested in picking up your order from another one of our stores, please contact us so that we can arrange that ahead of time for you.

  • Are you able to ship Bikes?

No. Our Bike selection is only available for local pick-up at one of our stores.

  • If I don't see the product I'm looking for online, does that mean you don't have it?

Not necessarily. Comor has multiple store locations and tons of products. If you don't see what you are looking for online, but want to check if we have it, give our Customer Help Line a call toll free at 1-888-262-7337.

  • If I purchase something online, does it have a warranty?

Yes. All products sold through are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, which is valid with proof of purchase (so keep your receipt!). Each product is different though so it is important that you check with the product/brand specifications.

  • Can I return a product that I purchased online?

Yes. Online products can be returned within 30 of the shipping date. See our Return Policy for more details.

  • Does Comor Sports do service and repairs?

Yes. Our locations have tech-shop service. You can bring you in your skis, snowboard or bike for a tune or repairs. (Call stores ahead for turnaround times)
