In-Store Pickup Policy

    If you've selected in-store pickup, please note that fulfillment time can take up to 3 business days - you will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Thank you for your patience.

    • Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be ready for collection


    When can I collect my order?

    In-Store Pickups will be available for collection within 2-3 business days (this can vary depending on the time of year and order volume). We are not open on weekends, so any orders placed Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday will not be available until Tuesday at the earliest. You will receive an email from us confirming when your order is ready for pickup. Please have your order number and details available when picking up at the store.

    Please note: If you're coming from out of town, we recommend calling us at 1-888-262-7337 to verify that your order is ready for collection.

    How it works:

    1. Shop online at and add your item to the cart.

    2. Choose 'In-Store Pickup' at checkout (this is required)

    3. Proceed to payment options and complete your purchase.

    4. Wait to receive a confirmation email from us indicating your order is ready for pick-up.

    • Pickup is available Monday - Friday 10am-5pm.

    • Please wear a mask to collect your order.

    • The door will be locked, please ring the doorbell for service.

    • We will serve customers one at a time. If there is a line please wait patiently to be served.

    • If you require the use of a change room, one of our staff will assist you in-store.
