SHIPPING

Where Do You Ship?

We ship anywhere within Canada.

Please note: orders shipped via third-party parcel forwarding services outside of Canada are shipped at the risk of the customer.

How Do I Qualify For Free Shipping?

If your order total is CA$99* or more before taxes, you're eligible for free shipping within Canada on almost all items. Past season sale items at 40% Off or more are excluded from this policy. Unfortunately we cannot ship bikes.

How Do I Calculate Shipping Charges?

Once you've added an item to your cart, you can click the cart (top right) and generate a shipping quote by inputting your information in the bottom before you check out.

How Long Will My Order Take To Ship?

Your order will be shipped via Canada Post within 2-3 business days after placing your order. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday). If there are any delays, we will contact you to let you know. Exceptions apply - Please allow extra days for national holidays/ weekends. Due to security restrictions, we are unable to ship orders to PO Box addresses.

Are You Able To Ship Bikes?

No. Unfortunately our bike selection is only available for store pick-up when purchases online.

IN-STORE PICK-UP

Do You Offer In-Store Pick-Up?

Yes! When you check out, simply select 'In-Store Pick-Up' from the Shipping Options and your order will be prepared for pickup at the location you have selected within 2-3 business days.

How Long Before I Can Collect My Order?

You will be notified via email when your order is available for pickup. (Usually 2-3 business days)

Please have your order number and details available when picking up at the store.

ORDERS

Do You Take Orders Over The Phone?

Unfortunately, we are not able to take orders over the phone. Due to security reasons, we need all orders to be processed online through our payment processor.  This keeps your information confidential and safe.

We accept most major credit and debit cards incl Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

The card must be registered to the account address. We are unable to accept Cards that are due to expire within the next 5 days.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars. 

Can I Add Delivery Instructions To My Order?

Unfortunately, no. Our ordering system can't pass these notes along to Canada Post. If you require special delivery instructions we recommend you contact Canada Post once your order has shipped.

If I Don't See A Product Online, Is It Out Of Stock?

Not necessarily. Comor has multiple store locations and tons of products. If you don't see what you are looking for online, but want to check if we have it, give our Customer Help Line a call toll-free at 1-888-262-7337.

RETURNS & WARRANTIES

Can I Return A Product That I Purchased Online In-Store?

Yes. Returns are accepted within 15 days from the original purchase date and up to 30 days for an exchange or store credit. See our Return Policy for more details.

We do NOT return mounted skis.

We do NOT return bikes once they've left the store. Bikes purchased for in-store pickup will be subject to a re-stocking fee if returned.

Returns outside of this window, or a return of more than 50% of the total item/s purchased may be subject to a re-stocking fee.

If I Purchased Something Online, Does It Have A Warranty?

Yes. All products sold through comorsports.com are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, which is valid with proof of purchase (so keep your receipt!). Each product is different though so it is important that you check with the product/brand specifications.
