In-Store Pickup

DO YOU OFFER IN-STORE PICK-UP?

Yes! When you check out, simply select 'In-Store Pick-Up' from the Shipping Options and your order will be prepared for pickup at the former Comor Clearance location at 1766 W. 4th Ave Vancouver, BC. within 2-3 business days. We are open Mon-Fri 10am-6pm, Sat-Sun 11am-5pm.

HOW LONG BEFORE I CAN COLLECT MY IN-STORE PICK-UP ORDER?

Orders will be available for pick up at the former Comor Clearance Location (1766 W. 4th Ave Vancouver, BC) up to 2-3 business days after the order is placed.

You will be notified via email when your order is available for pickup. We are open
Mon-Fri 10am-6pm, Sat-Sun 11am-5pm.

Please have your order number and details available when picking up at the store.

Shipping

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship within Canada.

HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?

If your order total is $99 or more, you're eligible for free shipping via Canada Post Expedited within Canada.

HOW DO I CALCULATE SHIPPING CHARGES?

Once you've added an item to your cart, you can click the cart (top right) and generate a shipping quote by inputting your information in the bottom right before you check out.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?

Your order will be shipped via Canada Post within 2-3 business days after placing your order. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday). If there are any delays, we will contact you to let you know. Exceptions apply - Please allow extra days for national holidays/ weekends. Due to security restrictions, we are unable to ship orders to PO Box addresses.

Please note: orders shipped via third-party parcel forwarding services outside of Canada are shipped at the risk of the customer.

ARE YOU ABLE TO SHIP BIKES?

No. Our Bike selection is only available for local pick-up at one of our stores.

CAN I PAY WITH MY CREDIT CARD INSTEAD OF PAYPAL?

Yes! We use PayPal as our secure payment processor, so when you select "PayPal" at checkout, you will be redirected to the PayPal page. At that page, there is the option to sign into your PayPal account, OR a button that reads "Pay with a credit or Visa Debit card" where you can enter your credit card information and complete your transaction

DO YOU TAKE ORDERS OVER THE PHONE?

Unfortunately, we are not able to take orders over the phone. Due to security reasons, we need all orders to be processed online through our payment processor.  This keeps your information confidential and safe.

CAN I ADD DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS (I.E. "DELIVER TO SIDE OF HOUSE") TO MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, no. Our ordering system can't pass these notes along to Canada Post. If you require special delivery instructions we recommend you contact Canada Post once your order has shipped.

IF I DON'T SEE THE PRODUCT I'M LOOKING FOR ONLINE, DOES THAT MEAN YOU DON'T HAVE IT?

Not necessarily. Comor has multiple store locations and tons of products. If you don't see what you are looking for online, but want to check if we have it, give our Customer Help Line a call toll-free at 1-888-262-7337.

Returns & Warranties

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT THAT I PURCHASED ONLINE?

Yes. Online products can be returned within 30 of the shipping or pickup date. See our Return Policy for more details.

IF I PURCHASE SOMETHING ONLINE, DOES IT HAVE A WARRANTY?

Yes. All products sold through comorsports.com are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, which is valid with proof of purchase (so keep your receipt!). Each product is different though so it is important that you check with the product/brand specifications.

DOES COMOR SPORTS DO SERVICE AND REPAIRS?

Yes. Our locations have tech-shop service. You can bring you in your skis, snowboard or bike for a tune or repairs. (Call your nearest store ahead for turnaround times) See our services menu & pricelist.
