RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Comor - Go Play Outside we value our customers, always trying to meet their expectations. Detailed below are our policies regarding exchanges, refunds, and returns.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY Items purchased in-store & on ComorSports.com can be returned for a full refund up to 15 days from the original purchase date. Customers have up to 30 days after the original purchase date to receive an exchange or store credit.

Items must be in their original condition, original packaging, unused/unworn with tags attached and accompanied by the receipt.
IN-STORE RETURNS Comor Sports has locations in Kitsilano, North Shore and Whistler Village. We would be happy to return your item in-store for for a full refund, exchange or store credit.

ONLINE RETURNS

Items ordered for local order pickup or shipment can be returned in person at our Online Order Pickup location at:
1766 W4th Ave, Vancouver, BC, V6J 1M1

Online orders can also be shipped back to our Online Order Pickup location at the above address.

Online returns are subject to our standard return policy.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs except in the case of an error on Comor's part. Please reach out to our customer service ahead of time. Obtaining a tracking number is also recommended for orders returned this way.

EXCHANGES If you'd like to exchange an item, please get in touch with us by emailing support@comorsports.com or calling 1-888-262-7337 so we can confirm stock and assist you in the exchange process.

Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase, and items must be in their original condition, in their original packaging, unused/unworn with tags attached and accompanied by the receipt.
FINAL SALE The following items are exempt from our return policy and are considered Final Sale:
  • Mounted Skis
  • Undergarments
  • Special Orders
  • Assembled Bikes once they've left the store.
RESTOCKING FEE Online purchases returned in-store that qualified for free shipping, returns outside our standard returns policy, and returns of 50% or more of total items purchased may be subject to a restocking fee based on processing and shipping costs.

If you are unsure about your size, we strongly encourage customers to visit one of our locations to avoid restocking fees and receive the best service possible.
CANCELLATIONS Bikes purchased for local pickup will be subject to a restocking fee if cancelled.

Returns - BC E-Bike Rebate Program We do not accept returns from customers who participate in the BC E-Bike Rebate Program. We cannot provide you with a cash, debit refund, credit card refund, cash equivalent gift card or merchandise credit. Please make sure your decision to purchase an E-Bike is final.
Exchanges - BC E-Bike Rebate Program If you are a customer who participated in the BC E-Bike Rebate Program and your E-Bike is in some way defective, it may only be exchanged for another E-Bike of equal value (same cost/price) or higher.
