The North Shore race scene just got a fresh new chapter.

Introducing Dirt Over the City, a brand-new midweek mountain bike race series launching in 2026 at Grouse Bike Park. Built on years of community-driven events at Grouse, this series takes that same energy and brings it into the MTB world - fast laps, tight competition, and a focus on progression and fun.

If you ride the Shore, this is one to mark on your calendar.

A New Era of Racing at Grouse

Dirt Over the City builds on the legacy of past events like Jam Over the City evolving from terrain park roots into a dedicated mountain bike race experience. It's designed to bring riders together from locals to visitors in a setting that celebrates both competition and community.

What to Expect?

Each event in the series is designed for maximum ride time and flow.

  • Three standalone race events, each with a unique course
  • Chairlift access via Screaming Eagle for fast, repeat laps
  • Courses built for flow, progression, and speed
  • A mix of competition and community energy

The setup keeps things simple: more laps, more riding, less waiting.

Race Dates for 2026

Lock these in, each race stands on its own, or you can commit to the full series:

  • June 17, 2026
  • July 22, 2026
  • August 26, 2026

You can register here if you'd like to join the race dates. Midweek racing means you don't have to sacrifice your weekends, just finish work, head up the mountain, and get after it.

Get Your Setup Ready

Before race day, make sure your bike is dialed.
Fast, rough, and high-speed courses demand responsive suspension, strong, fade-free brakes, tires with grip and durability, and a setup you trust under pressure.

Need help getting race-ready? Bring your bike into Comor and our team will help you fine-tune your setup so you can line up with confidence!

See You at the Start Gate

From the first pedal stroke to the final corner, Dirt Over the City is about riding fast, having fun, and being part of the North Shore scene.
Whether you're racing all three events or just dropping in for one, this is your chance to experience something new.
