In-store purchases are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of the original purchase date and up to 30 days for a store credit.
Online returns are accepted up to 15 days after receiving your order and 30 days for store credit.
Orders shipped for free that are returned in-store may be subject to a restocking fee*
Returns will be accepted until January 19th, 2026 or 30 days from ship date, whichever is later.

The North Face Toddler Freedom Insulated Jacket combines a waterproof, seam-sealed DryVent™ 2L shell with Heatseeker™ synthetic insulation for lightweight warmth in wet conditions. Thoughtfully designed for snow days, it features a powder skirt, helmet-compatible hood, and multiple secure pockets, including a sleeve pass pocket with a goggle wipe. Good to Grow cuffs extend usability, while recycled materials enhance sustainability.
- DRYVENT™: Seam-sealed two and three-layer DryVent™ fabrics are engineered to be waterproof, windproof and breathable.
- HEATSEEKER™: Synthetic Heatseeker™ insulation delivers exceptional warmth without the bulk. It is highly durable and compressible – ideal for packing into backpacks and luggage.
- Heatseeker™: Heatseeker™ synthetic insulation provides durable, lightweight and compressible warmth.
- WINDWALL™: WindWall™ fabrics are engineered to reduce the effects of chilling winds while maintaining a good level of breathability.
