In-store purchases are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of the original purchase date and up to 30 days for a store credit.
Online returns are accepted up to 15 days after receiving your order and 30 days for store credit.

The Hestra Heater Gauntlet Mitt integrates hardwearing goatskin and polyamide softshell with a waterproof, breathable CZone membrane for protection in wet conditions. Fingertips and thumb feature electronically heated panels powered by rechargeable batteries (included) with a USB charger, offering three heat settings—low (10 hrs), medium (5 hrs), and high (2.5 hrs)—controlled via the Hestra logo on the backhand, while a battery pocket in the cuff and wrist straps ensure secure fit and convenient access. Microfleece lining with G-Loft insulation, reinforced thumb, high gauntlet cuff with drawstring, and attachment options via carabiner or hanging loop provide warmth, durability, and versatility for alpine skiing and snowboarding.
