RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In-store purchases are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of the original purchase date and up to 30 days for a store credit.
Online returns are accepted up to 15 days after receiving your order and 30 days for store credit.
Orders shipped for free that are returned in-store may be subject to a restocking fee*
Returns will be accepted until January 19th, 2026 or 30 days from ship date, whichever is later.
Product must be in its original condition with tags and appropriate packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.

The Ride Moderator Snowboard is built to live on the hill day after day, blending precision, float, and stability into a true quiver-killer. A Tapered Directional Extra Camber profile delivers loaded energy underfoot with added nose rise for confident performance when conditions deepen. The directional shape, setback stance, and Linear Quadratic Sidecut create smooth initiation and powerful edge hold without feeling grabby.
Under the hood, Ride pairs a Performance™ Light Core with Carbon Array™ 3, Linear Carbon Laminates, and Hybrid Glass for controlled snap and balanced torsional response. Slim Wall construction increases damping and energy transfer, while the Sintered 4000 stone-ground base keeps speed high across changing snow. Ride positions the Moderator as a premium all-mountain tool that stays composed anywhere on the mountain.
