RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In-store purchases are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of the original purchase date and up to 30 days for a store credit.
Online returns are accepted up to 15 days after receiving your order and 30 days for store credit.
Orders shipped for free that are returned in-store may be subject to a restocking fee*
Returns will be accepted until January 19th, 2026 or 30 days from ship date, whichever is later.
Product must be in its original condition with tags and appropriate packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Korua’s FLOAT CAMBER profile drives the Otto Plus Snowboard with camber underfoot transitioning into rocker through the nose, blending pop, stability, and smooth turn initiation while keeping speed consistent through the arc. A twin-like outline paired with neutral taper and a smaller setback creates a balanced platform that feels centered on takeoffs, landings, and switch approaches, without sacrificing directional control when carving on-piste.
Built around a Stringer Reinforced Bionic Core of lightweight paulownia, the Otto Plus is reinforced with carbon stringers and wrapped in Dynamic Multiaxial Full Carbon for reduced weight, higher torsional stiffness, and immediate response. A slightly stiffer flex sharpens edge-to-edge precision while staying playful, and the Graphite Perlatec Base delivers fast, durable glide for all-mountain laps driven by creativity.
