In-store purchases are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of the original purchase date and up to 30 days for a store credit.
Online returns are accepted up to 15 days after receiving your order and 30 days for store credit.
Orders shipped for free that are returned in-store may be subject to a restocking fee*
Returns will be accepted until January 19th, 2026 or 30 days from ship date, whichever is later.

150D GORE-TEX® 2L and a non-PFC DWR put the Men’s GORE-TEX® Hex Jacket in a different class than most relaxed shells—durably waterproof, but still clean and mobile. Mountain Jacket–inspired design lines back a two-way YKK® AquaGuard® center front zip and secure-zip alpine pockets to keep weather sealed.
The North Face adds a fully adjustable, ski-helmet-compatible hood, covered underarm zips for venting, and an adjustable, removable powder skirt with gripper elastic for storm days. Recycled polyester taffeta lining, a sueded chin guard, and a deep pocket kit—pass, chest, internal secure-zip, and two power-mesh drop-ins—keep essentials sorted.
