Please Note:
- Order fulfillment can take up to 1-3 business days depending on order volume. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup.
- Orders must be picked up within 30 days of order fulfillment. You have up to 15 days to pick-up and return an order from the original purchase date to qualify for a full refund and up to 30 days for an exchange or store credit.
- Unfortunately we cannot transfer stock between stores or combine stock/orders from multiple stores.
- Online orders returned in-store that qualified for free shipping may be subject to a restocking fee.

When can I collect my order?
- You will be notified by email once your order is available to be picked up.
Order processing can take 1-3 days. This can vary depending on volume and time of year; we're typically busiest during sale periods. Please have your order number ready when you arrive.
How long do I have to collect my order?
- You have up to 15 days to pickup and return an order from the fulfillent date (you will be notified when your order is ready) to qualify for a full refund and up to 30 days for an exchange or store credit.
Uncollected orders will be returned to stock after 30 days and subject to a 5% restocking fee.
