2. Choose 'In-Store Pickup' at checkout (this is required)

3. Proceed to payment options and complete your purchase.

4. Wait to receive a confirmation email from us indicating your order is ready for pick-up.

WHEN CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?

You will be notified via email when you order is available for collection within 2-3 business days (this can vary depending on the time of year).

You will receive an email from us confirming when your order is ready for pickup. Please have your order number and details available when picking up at the store.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO COLLECT MY ORDER?

30 days. If you don't pick up your order after 14 days we will contact you with a reminder.


Please note pickups must be collected within 30 days or will not be eligible for a refund &/ or exchange.
