RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Comor - Go Play Outside we value our customers, always trying to meet their expectations. Detailed below are our policies regarding exchanges, refunds, and returns.

Monday to Wednesday and Saturdays: 10am-6pm, Thursday and Friday: 10am-8pm, and Sundays: 11am-5pm

Items purchased in-store or on ComorSports.com are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of the original purchase or delivery date.

Customers have up to 30 days from the purchase or delivery date to receive an exchange or store credit.

All returned items must be in original condition, original packaging, unused/unworn, have tags attached, and be accompanied by the original receipt.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Comor Sports has retail locations in Kitsilano, North Shore, and Whistler Village.
We accept in-store returns for:

  • Full refund
  • Exchange
  • Store credit

Online orders may also be returned in-store at any of our locations.

Returned items must meet the requirements of our standard return policy.

Online purchases can be returned in person at any Comor retail store or shipped back to:

A prepaid return label can be provided upon request. If used, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
If you choose to ship the return yourself, we recommend obtaining a tracking number for your package.

Online returns are subject to our standard return policy.
Please contact our customer service team before shipping your return.

Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase, and items must be unused, in original packaging, have tags attached, and be accompanied by the original receipt.

Online exchanges must be processed as a new order. Once the return is received and inspected, the original item will be refunded according to our standard return policy.

We do not accept returns for e-bikes purchased through the BC E-Bike Rebate Program. Refunds, store credit, or gift cards cannot be issued.

If an e-bike purchased through the BC E-Bike Rebate Program is defective, it may only be exchanged for another e-bike of equal or greater value.

The following are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance items discounted 45% or more
  • Mounted skis
  • Undergarments
  • Assembled bikes once they have left the store
  • Price match and other special orders

Orders that have already been fulfilled may not be eligible for cancellation. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
