Important Notice for RockShox ZEB Owners

The safety of our riders is always our top priority.

SRAM has announced a stop-sale and stop-ride notice involving specific RockShox ZEB fork models due to a potential issue identified during use. According to SRAM, a specific production range of forks may contain an out-of-specification upper tube that could lead to a sudden loss of air pressure during riding.

As a precaution, SRAM is advising riders with affected forks to stop riding until further guidance becomes available.

Which Forks Are Affected?

The notice applies to the following models:

  • RockShox ZEB Ultimate
  • RockShox ZEB Ultimate Flight Attendant
  • RockShox ZEB Select+
  • RockShox ZEB Select

Forks with serial numbers ranging from:

07T6XXXXXXXX to 42T6XXXXXXXX

may be affected.

The serial number can be found on the back of the fork crown.

At this time, no other RockShox or SRAM suspension products are included in this notice.

What Is the Issue?

SRAM has identified a condition where an aggressive fork extension following an impact could potentially cause the air assembly snap ring to dislodge. If this occurs, the fork may suddenly lose air pressure during use.

While the investigation remains ongoing, SRAM has taken the precautionary step of issuing a stop-sale and stop-ride notice on the affected products.

What Should Riders Do?

If your bike is equipped with one of the affected RockShox ZEB forks and falls within the serial number range listed above:

Please stop riding the bike immediately.

We recommend checking your serial number as soon as possible. If you're unsure where to find it or whether your fork is affected, we're here to help.
