In-store purchases are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of the original purchase date and up to 30 days for a store credit.
Online returns are accepted up to 15 days after receiving your order and 30 days for store credit.
Orders shipped for free that are returned in-store may be subject to a restocking fee*
Returns will be accepted until January 19th, 2026 or 30 days from ship date, whichever is later.
Product must be in its original condition with tags and appropriate packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.

The Specialized Tactic 4 Helmet combines extended coverage, ventilation, and a precise fit for trail and enduro riding. The Integrated Fit System and occipital base adjustment ensure a secure, customizable fit, while the Computational Fluid Dynamic design and 4D brow cooling enhance airflow to keep riders comfortable. Certified to NTA 8776 and featuring MIPS Evolve technology, this helmet meets high safety standards and has earned a 5-Star Virginia Tech® Helmet Rating™.
- Tune a more precise, personalized fit thanks to Tactic’s slim, incredibly adjustable Integrated Fit System that accommodates variations in head shape and occipital base.
- Occipital base adjustment personalizes fit for comfort and allows you to tune helmet angle to ensure that your helmet and eyewear stay perfectly synched.
- Integrated fixed visor provides increased trail vision and a seamless interface with eyewear. Specifically designed eyewear channels always give you a spot to store your glasses at a moment’s notice.
