ONLINE ORDER DEADLINE

We strongly recommend ordering gifts before December 11th 2024, for a better chance of receiving them in time for the holidays.

We use Canpar for all our shipping to avoid delays due to the Canada Post Strike.

After December 12h we recommend shopping with us in-store or shopping online and selecting In-Store Pickup by December 23rd, 2024 to avoid disappointment.

HOLIDAY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Effective from Dec 2st, 2024. No returns or exchanges on Dec 26th or 27th, 2024.

IN-STORE 

We will accept returns until Monday, January 6th, 2025 for a full refund. Returns must be accompanied with the original receipt, product must be unworn with the tags still attached. Removal of price is ok, however barcode must still be attached. Returns can only be made onto the original form of payment. 

Exchanges/Gift returns will be accepted until Monday, January 20th, 2025 or 30 days from purchase date – whichever is later, for the same value or store credit gift card. Product must be accompanied by an original or gift receipt. Product must be unworn with the tags still attached. Removal of price is ok, however barcode must still be attached.  

ONLINE 

Returns will be accepted until January 6th, 2025 or 30 days from ship date, whichever is later. Product must be in its original condition with tags and appropriate packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.
