In-store purchases are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of the original purchase date and up to 30 days for a store credit.
Online returns are accepted up to 15 days after receiving your order and 30 days for store credit.
Orders shipped for free that are returned in-store may be subject to a restocking fee*
Returns will be accepted until January 19th, 2026 or 30 days from ship date, whichever is later.

The Smartwool Women’s Smartloft Hybrid Jacket 2026 in Black combines warmth, mobility, and sustainable design for chilly adventures. Featuring 80g of proprietary 50% recycled wool insulation, this jacket provides lightweight warmth while retaining the moisture management, temperature regulation, and odor-resistant benefits of Merino wool.
Engineered with four-way stretch panels in key mobility zones, a regular fit, and thumbholes at the cuffs, it allows unrestricted movement without added bulk. A non-PFC DWR finish and wind-resistant front panels protect against the elements, while two secure external pockets and one internal pocket keep essentials safe during winter activities.
