In-store purchases are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of the original purchase date and up to 30 days for a store credit.
Online returns are accepted up to 15 days after receiving your order and 30 days for store credit.
Orders shipped for free that are returned in-store may be subject to a restocking fee*

Baseplate
- 2 Degree Canted Footbed
- Adjustable Padding – Choose from three different FootPad positions for a perfect fit with the sole of your boot.

Highback

The aluminum UnderWrap construction, with three connection points to the base, provides strong leverage as you press down on your heel, automatically lifting your toes while allowing maximum flexibility for tweaks.
- Autoback – The AutoBack offers hands-free entry, automatically closing when the boot enters and opening when it’s time to unstrap. It also folds flat for skating, chairlifts, and storage.
