In-store purchases are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of the original purchase date and up to 30 days for a store credit.
Online returns are accepted up to 15 days after receiving your order and 30 days for store credit.
Orders shipped for free that are returned in-store may be subject to a restocking fee*
Returns will be accepted until January 19th, 2026 or 30 days from ship date, whichever is later.
Product must be in its original condition with tags and appropriate packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.

The Stage 5 Duraflex baseplate at the heart of the Union Women’s Juliet Bindings brings proven, all-mountain comfort backed by a lifetime warranty. EXT Thermoformed EVA bushings and a canted footbed help absorb impacts and keep your stance feeling strong through long days on snow.
With the 2026 Union Juliet, a responsive S11 Duraflex highback combines with Exoframe 3.0 ankle straps and TS 2.1 Tiles toe straps for a secure, women’s-specific fit. Aluminum S2 ratchets, tool-less strap adjustment, tool-less FLAD, an extruded 3D aluminum heelcup and Grade 8.8 steel hardware round out a mid-flex package tuned for beginner to intermediate riders.
