Specialized pairs these Globe Pannier Adapters with the Globe Haul ST and Haul LT for simple pannier mounting that stays secure over rough city streets. Each side handles up to 8kg, and the low rack position works nicely with accessories like the Rack Customization Kit or MIK adapter. The Specialized Coolcave fits right in, along with most standard bicycle panniers.
