In-store purchases are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of the original purchase date and up to 30 days for a store credit.
Online returns are accepted up to 15 days after receiving your order and 30 days for store credit.
Orders shipped for free that are returned in-store may be subject to a restocking fee*
Returns will be accepted until January 19th, 2026 or 30 days from ship date, whichever is later.
Product must be in its original condition with tags and appropriate packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.

DryVent™ Mono 3L in 75D x 170D recycled polyester delivers seam-sealed waterproof and wind-blocking coverage, finished with a non-PFC DWR. The Men’s Ceptor Jacket seals up with a two-way #5 YKK® AquaGuard® front zip and an attached, helmet-compatible hood with hidden cord-lock adjustment.
The North Face keeps it streamlined with underarm venting, a stretch powder skirt with silicone gripper tape, and a jacket-to-pant integration clip. Covered chest pockets, AquaGuard® hand and wrist pockets (goggle wipe + internal pass pouch), plus internal mesh drop-ins handle essentials; the left chest pocket includes an insulated phone pouch (40g Heatseeker™ Eco Pro).
