RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In-store purchases are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of the original purchase date and up to 30 days for a store credit.
Online returns are accepted up to 15 days after receiving your order and 30 days for store credit.
Orders shipped for free that are returned in-store may be subject to a restocking fee*
Returns will be accepted until January 19th, 2026 or 30 days from ship date, whichever is later.
Product must be in its original condition with tags and appropriate packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Ultralight and ultra-versatile, the Mega Merc harnesses its 3D Thermopolymer Starship Core™ with an all-new Hybrid Holy-Sheet™ Tri/Tri MEGACARBON™ configuration and MEGADRIVE™ XT base for unparalleled all-mountain performance.
CAMBER PROFILE
- Resort V2 Profile – This revolutionary all-terrain shape provides the best of both worlds. It has a raised camber platform through the inserts to retain high-speed edge hold through variable terrain, elevated contact points to land and float in powder, and Flat Kick tip and tail arcs for faster, more aggressive transitions.

- New Age Progressive with Death Grip - This board features a progressive sidecut which incorporates a reverse sidecut arc in the middle of the board. Due to a reduced effective edge as a result of hybrid camber shapes, this reverse camber arc adds an additional point of contact in the center of the board (aka Death Grip), allowing you to retain better control through turns.

- FSC® Certified 3D Thermopolymer Starship Core™ – Utilizing an advanced electronic sorting system allows Capita to select mega-premium, reforestation certified, Poplar graded by weight and grain consistency. Comparable to Paulownia in strength to weight ratio, this core retains the poppiness of Poplar, and then achieves a signature feel by adding bonded post-consumer recycled Thermopolymer channels to form an advanced hybrid core. This mega-premium core will blast you into space and beyond.

- NEW - Hybrid Holysheet™ Tri/Tri Glass – This cutting-edge development is the result of a collaborative effort with Capita's glass supplier. Capita has ingeniously interwoven carbon additives directly into their HOLYSHEET™ fiberglass, leading to a substantial enhancement in precision during layup and a notable reduction in weight.
- Megacarbon™ Array – Mega-wide carbon tape on both top and bottom of the woodcore = four times the power and response of previous carbon additives.
