In-store purchases are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of the original purchase date and up to 30 days for a store credit.
Online returns are accepted up to 15 days after receiving your order and 30 days for store credit.
Orders shipped for free that are returned in-store may be subject to a restocking fee*
Returns will be accepted until January 19th, 2026 or 30 days from ship date, whichever is later.
Product must be in its original condition with tags and appropriate packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.

The Jones Men's Mountain Twin Snowboard is a directional twin built for all-mountain versatility, blending playfulness and precision for freestyle and freeride performance. Its Control Core and Biax Fiberglass construction deliver a responsive yet forgiving ride, while the Sintered 8000 Base ensures durability and speed across various snow conditions. With eco-conscious materials like recycled ABS sidewalls and a bio-based epoxy resin, it balances high-end performance with sustainability.
- Sintered 8000 Base: A durable material made from Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMW-PE) and carbon, highly wax absorbent, easily repairable, and fast.
- Wend Natural Wax: Boards come ready to ride, pre-waxed with WEND natural wax.
- Flip-Flop Base: Minimizes p-tex waste by producing multiple base color options; color may vary but does not depend on size.
- Biax Fiberglass: Dual-direction, dual-layer fiberglass laminate for a fun, forgiving, and snappy ride.
- Freeride/Freestyle Pack: Allows for centered or set-back stance, depending on conditions.
- Recycled ABS Sidewalls: Made from recycled plastic to improve sustainability.
- Forever Flex: Stabilizes the flex and rocker of the board throughout its lifetime.

- Eco-Plastic Topsheet: Made from Castor beans, this lightweight, chip/scratch-resistant, water- and snow-repellent material ensures snow sticks less to the topsheet.
- Control Core: A dual-density wood core featuring a 2:1 ratio of paulownia to poplar stringers, offering a light yet ultra-damp ride.
