In-store purchases are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of the original purchase date and up to 30 days for a store credit.
Online returns are accepted up to 15 days after receiving your order and 30 days for store credit.
Orders shipped for free that are returned in-store may be subject to a restocking fee*
Returns will be accepted until January 19th, 2026 or 30 days from ship date, whichever is later.

The Harshmellow™ midsole technology absorbs impact and reduces fatigue, while the Endo™ 2.0 construction and heat-moldable Intuition® Pro Foam 3D liner ensure a distortion-free flex and warmth. The traditional lacing with a no-snow lace cover offers a customizable fit, and the rubber-reinforced articulating cuff upper provides durability and eliminates heel lift. With internal and external J-Bars and S’CAFE™ coffee mesh, these boots are designed for lasting comfort and odor control. The cupsole outsole with Harshmellow™ offers support and vibration damping, making them an ideal choice for snow sports enthusiasts.
