In-store purchases are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of the original purchase date and up to 30 days for a store credit.
Online returns are accepted up to 15 days after receiving your order and 30 days for store credit.
Orders shipped for free that are returned in-store may be subject to a restocking fee*
Returns will be accepted until January 19th, 2026 or 30 days from ship date, whichever is later.

Lightweight and flexible, Spyder’s Schatzi Jacket uses 100% recycled EXO SHIELD 4-way stretch fabric with 30K/20K waterproofing and 80g PrimaLoft® Silver ECO insulation for reliable warmth and protection. Fully fitted with targeted interior stretch panels, this jacket combines technical performance with a sleek silhouette.
Underarm vents with mesh backing provide adjustable airflow, while a removable, helmet-compatible hood and powder skirt allow versatility on variable mountain conditions. Multiple YKK® Metaluxe® zippers secure hand, chest, and internal pockets, including a mesh goggle pocket and data card compartment, making the Schatzi a fully equipped, functional choice for winter sports enthusiasts.
