The Skimmer Jacket works as an entry-level shell for kids splitting time between the hill and everyday winter days. A Room-To-Grow system extends the sleeves two inches, letting the jacket keep pace with a growth spurt. A sleeve pass pocket and hook-and-loop glove attachments carry Burton's mountain details into daily wear.
A two-layer waterproof, breathable polyester fabric pairs with a nylon taffeta lining to seal out wind and snow while adding comfort against the skin. Fully taped seams and a water-repellent powder skirt with a jacket-to-pant interface keep snow out during falls or deep days.
