The 50/50 borrows its shape from Burton's pipe gloves of the early 2000s, when halfpipe riding shaped most of the brand's glove decisions. That archive influence carries into an ergonomic pre-curved fit that keeps your hand relaxed around the bar instead of fighting the seams.
A waterproof shell holds up against wet snow and insulation keeps your hands warm through long lift lines. Goat suede on the thumb wipes your nose without soaking through, and an extended storm cuff seals out powder on deep days. A removable wrist leash keeps the glove attached when you pull it off mid-run.
