Team rider Kimmy Fasani knows what a good snowboard jacket needs, and the stretch fabric and sensible pocket placement on the [ak] Kimmy show it. It feels light and mobile, so you spend more time riding and less time fiddling with your gear.
The 3-layer GORE-TEX shell is lighter than 2L GORE-TEX but still keeps the weather out. Fully taped seams and pit zips back that up when it's waist deep and dumping.
