RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In-store purchases are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of the original purchase date and up to 30 days for a store credit.
Online returns are accepted up to 15 days after receiving your order and 30 days for store credit.
Orders shipped for free that are returned in-store may be subject to a restocking fee*
Returns will be accepted until January 19th, 2026 or 30 days from ship date, whichever is later.
Product must be in its original condition with tags and appropriate packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Holiday Hours & Information
A short, classic down jacket in 20K/20K Lightweight Stretch with non-stitch quilting in bright, strong colors with contrasting accents on the zips, inner sleeve cuffs and inside the hood. The front of the jacket is cut slightly shorter to enhance freedom of movement, and the rear is longer to retain warmth around the back of the waist. It has an optional real or faux fur trim.

DTL is a multifunctional, microporous 20,000mm waterproofcoating offering excellent 20,000gm breathability, while remaining lightweight and durable.
GREEN DOWN PROJECT
Green down is a type of recycled down that is collected from once-used down products in Japan, washed in a factory in Japan, and then treated for recovery.
