Got a big day ahead? The Chronic 101 is built for skiers who want freestyle energy from the first chair to the last lap. Its flex pattern is symmetric, so the ski feels just as natural riding switch as it does heading forward, which comes in handy when the park gets busy.
Under the hood, LINE uses a biobased resin with 31% biobased carbon content, chosen for solid bonding and good cold-temperature durability. The sintered base soaks up wax well for quick glide, and vertical sidewalls put more of your power into the edges, so you get stability and grip when you're moving fast. Honestly, that's the kind of setup that keeps you grinning all day.
Key Features
- Base: Sintered base for efficient wax absorption and glide
- Resin: Biobased resin with 31% biobased carbon content
- Sidewall Construction: Vertical sidewalls that maximize power transfer to the edges
- Thick-Cut Sidewall: Extended sidewall into the core with added material over steel edges for greater bonding surface area
- Thin Tip: Core extended through tip and tail with glass-on-glass bonding to limit delamination to edge chipping
- Flex Pattern: Symmetric flex for consistent performance riding forward and backward
- Early Rise: Tip and tail lift for increased float in deep snow and quicker engagement on hardpack
