Offering premium support without the premium price tag, the Altai snowboard boot delivers a responsive, mid-stiff flex for riders who love carving hard and navigating tight tree runs. Its asymmetrical upper helps reduce pressure points, while dual H5 BOA® Coiler™ dials let you adjust the upper and lower zones independently for a precise, customized fit. The heat-moldable Silver liner and 3D Pro insole provide lasting comfort right out of the box, with room to fine-tune the fit.
Underfoot, the Ascent 2.0 outsole combines cushioning and traction with improved compatibility for Supermatic® bindings. Enhanced grip on icy and rocky surfaces also makes bootpacking more manageable, rounding out a versatile setup for all-mountain riding.

TECH FEATURES
- Closure System: Dual BOA® technology provides quick, precise lace adjustments via two independent dials. Each controls a distinct boot zone, delivering a custom fit in seconds.
- BOA® Fit System: H5 Coiler - The next evolution in BOA® technology features micro-adjustability. Simply turn the dial in reverse to gradually release tension and fine-tune your fit. Lower profile design gives the boot a clean look and reduces snag risk.
- External Heel Lock: Nidecker’s External Heel Lock works in tandem with the BOA® dial on the tongue, tightening built-in wings on either side of the ankle to minimize heel lift.
- Outsole: Ascent 2.0 - The Ascent 2.0 builds on the original version with an improved Transition Zone™ and stiffer, more durable heel rubber for enhanced compatibility with speed entry bindings. Upgraded rubber traction at the forefoot and heel delivers superior grip.
- Liner: Silver - The Silver liner can be heat molded for a custom fit and features a Custom Flex Zone at the toes, 8mm PE foam, and added PU support. A separate cuff connected to the shell ensures easy entry, while touch fasteners on the tongue secure the fit.
- Liner Closure: Shell Harness - Pull the inner laces to tighten a shell-mounted harness. Touch fastener secures the tongue.
