The Quantum is Salomon's freeride binding for riders who want to feel every turn. The asymmetrical carbon highback and baseplate are built to pass your input straight to the board, so when you lean into a carve, the response is immediate. Riders who've spent a season on a stiffer setup will notice how little effort it takes to stay connected to the snow.
Shadow Fit keeps your boot locked in naturally, and the Shadow Lite strap holds your foot precisely without adding weight you'll notice on the hike back up. The Kevlar quickwire and Power Hook work together to sharpen heelside turns, so the board responds where you ask it to.
