In-store purchases are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of the original purchase date and up to 30 days for a store credit.
Online returns are accepted up to 15 days after receiving your order and 30 days for store credit.
Orders shipped for free that are returned in-store may be subject to a restocking fee*
Returns will be accepted until January 19th, 2026 or 30 days from ship date, whichever is later.
Product must be in its original condition with tags and appropriate packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Zonal KOROYD® works alongside the Mips® Brain Protection System to absorb energy and reduce rotational forces, while an integrated skeletal structure adds roll-cage strength. NTA8776 E-Bike certification ensures performance at higher tested speeds, supported by 19 fixed vents and internal air channels for consistent airflow.
Dialed-in comfort comes from the VaporFit™ system with 270-degree adjustment, integrated seamlessly with Mips® for a cohesive fit. AirEvac™ ventilation integrates with Smith eyewear and goggles to help keep lenses fog-free, while a three-position adjustable visor and front eyewear storage add versatility between laps. Finished with Ionic+® antimicrobial lining and low-bulk webbing, the Payroll is tuned for all-day trail performance.
