Specialized pairs the Turbo Full Power 2.0 motor with a 710Wh battery for pedal assist up to 28 mph and a range reaching 145 km in eco mode. The Turbo Vado 4.0 Step Through also adds Shimano CUES 9 speed shifting, hydraulic disc brakes, integrated lights, DRYTECH fenders, and a rear rack rated for 27kg loads.
