In-store purchases are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of the original purchase date and up to 30 days for a store credit.
Online returns are accepted up to 15 days after receiving your order and 30 days for store credit.
Orders shipped for free that are returned in-store may be subject to a restocking fee*
Returns will be accepted until January 19th, 2026 or 30 days from ship date, whichever is later.

4-way stretch EXO SHIELD nylon with a 20K/20K laminate and DWR finish delivers waterproof and breathable protection while 200g of PrimaLoft® Silver Hi-Loft insulation provides lightweight warmth even in wet conditions. The jacket features a taffeta lining and a flattering standard fit that balances technical performance with modern, feminine styling.
Functional details include a removable helmet-compatible hood, underarm ventilation system, adjustable cuff tabs with interior stretch cuffs and thumbholes, and a fixed powder skirt with snap-back design. Multiple pockets, including a goggle and data card pocket, keep essentials secure, making the Haven jacket a versatile choice on and off the mountain.
