In-store purchases are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of the original purchase date and up to 30 days for a store credit.
Online returns are accepted up to 15 days after receiving your order and 30 days for store credit.
Orders shipped for free that are returned in-store may be subject to a restocking fee*
Returns will be accepted until January 19th, 2026 or 30 days from ship date, whichever is later.
Product must be in its original condition with tags and appropriate packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.

EXO SHIELD 30K/20K fabric with 100% recycled polyester provides waterproofing up to 30,000 mm and breathability of 20,000 g, while PrimaLoft® Silver ECO insulation (80 g) offers lightweight, down-like warmth. Fully taped seams and a fitted cut enhance performance, and targeted interior stretch panels ensure mobility on the slopes.
The Titania jacket includes a removable helmet-compatible hood, YKK® Matte AquaGuard® zippers, and an underarm ventilation system for precise temperature control. Additional features like a removable powder skirt, mesh goggle pocket, interior stretch cuffs with thumbholes, and drawcord adjustable hem make it versatile and ready for changing winter conditions.
