In-store purchases are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of the original purchase date and up to 30 days for a store credit.
Online returns are accepted up to 15 days after receiving your order and 30 days for store credit.
Orders shipped for free that are returned in-store may be subject to a restocking fee*
Returns will be accepted until January 19th, 2026 or 30 days from ship date, whichever is later.

The North Face Men's Summit Casaval Hybrid Hoodie combines performance with versatility, featuring Ventrix™ insulation for dynamic temperature regulation during high-output activities. The stretch-woven underarms and raglan sleeves enhance mobility, while the helmet-compatible hood offers adjustable coverage. A non-PFC DWR finish and water-resistant zippers provide added protection from light moisture, and the lack of shoulder seams ensures comfort when carrying a pack.
- VENTRIX™ INSULATION: Ventrix™ technology features zonal perforations that open with movement allowing perspiration to escape, and remain closed in times of rest to retain heat.
- 60g Ventrix™ stretch synthetic insulation in the body, 40 g in the hood; perforated throughout the back panel for dynamic venting
- High-CFM body fabric allows for breathability during high-output activities
- Non-PFC DWR finish for added water repellency
- Hybrid construction with stretch-woven underarms and hem for added mobility and comfort
- Attached, adjustable, helmet-compatible hood with a pre-tensioned elastic opening for a secure fit and a cinch-cord with a cord lock on the back
- Exposed, water-resistant, reverse-coil centre front zip with an internal kissing welt finish
- No shoulder seams for reduced bulk and comfort while you’re wearing a pack
- Raglan sleeves and stretch underarm gussets for full arms-up mobility
- Concealed-zip hand pockets with an internal mesh pouch in the left pocket
- Clean-finish cuffs with an exposed-elastic inset for low bulk and a secure fit
