The 1996 Retro Nuptse has carried genuine mountaineering roots onto city streets for decades, and that history still shows in every oversized baffle. Its boxy silhouette and shiny ripstop shell keep the original look intact, while a stowable three-piece hood tucks away when you don't need it.
700-fill recycled waterfowl down fills those baffles, so warmth doesn't come at the cost of packability, and the whole jacket compresses into its own hand pocket. A non-PFC DWR finish sheds moisture at the shell, while hook-and-loop cuff tabs and an internal hem drawcord let you dial in the fit as conditions change.
