This ½-zip lives in the closet gap between a heavy midlayer and a plain tee, the kind of piece you reach for on days that can't decide what season it is. Recycled polyester fleece keeps the feel soft against skin, and the relaxed cut gives you room underneath a shell.
An internal cinch-cord at the hem lets you tighten things up when the wind picks up, and the zip pull on the hand pocket works as a hair tie in a pinch. Stretch binding along the zip and cuffs holds up over time, and the jacket itself eventually gets disassembled and recycled through North Face's Circular Design program.
